Easy Keto Almond Flour Waffles
These low carb, gluten-free, keto-friendly waffles are the perfect breakfast when you're in a pinch and are craving something sweet. This recipe makes enough for one 8-inch waffle.

- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp erythritol or favorite sweetener
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Preheat and grease your waffle maker on medium heat.
- Mix the wet ingredients first, then fold in the dry ingredients.
